OK Capitol Guide (okcapitolguide.com) is published by Fifty Domes LLC, an Oklahoma limited liability company (“Fifty Domes,” “we,” “us”), which publishes independent directories built from public records. Contact: hello@okcapitolguide.com.
By using OK Capitol Guide, or by buying a paid plan, you agree to these Terms. Our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy are part of these Terms.
1. An independent directory of public records
OK Capitol Guide is an independent private directory. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or run by the Oklahoma Legislature, the House, the Senate, the Ethics Commission or any other government body. Information comes from public sources, which can change or contain errors. We work to keep it accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that it is complete or real-time. Confirm anything important with the official source. AI analyses are labelled as AI-generated and may contain errors. Nothing on the site is legal, lobbying, tax or compliance advice.
2. Acceptable use
You may use the site for research, advocacy, journalism and similar legitimate purposes. You may not scrape or bulk-download the site in a way that degrades service, resell or republish the dataset as a whole, get around access limits or paid features, or use the site to harass anyone or send spam.
3. Paid plans

Prices are in U.S. dollars and do not include sales tax. Where sales tax applies, it is calculated from your billing address and shown at checkout before you pay. There are no setup fees and no discount codes.
House and Senate information on this site is always free. Paid plans cover only features OK Capitol Guide computes or generates itself (AI, alerts and computed-metric exports).
- Capitol Pro is for one named person. Capitol Office covers up to 5 named people in one organization, billed to the account owner on one invoice. Seats are personal and may not be shared, but the owner can reassign a seat when someone leaves.
- Exports are for your own internal use, not for resale.
- Plans apply to OK Capitol Guide only. They do not cover other Fifty Domes guides.
4. Billing, renewal, cancellation and refunds
Paid plans are subscriptions billed monthly or annually in advance through our payment processor, Stripe, Inc. You can pay by card or by ACH direct debit from a U.S. bank account. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time with Manage billing on your account page or by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep the paid features until then. Sales tax is added where required, based on your billing address. Refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy. By paying, you also agree to Stripe's terms for the payment method you use, including the ACH debit authorization if you pay by bank account.
5. Our content
Public-record facts belong to no one. Our compilation, computed metrics, design, software, text and logos belong to Fifty Domes LLC. You may quote and link to individual pages.
6. Disclaimers and limits on liability
The site and all information on it are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Fifty Domes is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim about the site or a paid plan is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
7. Changes and termination
We may update these Terms. If a change materially affects paid plans, we will tell subscribers by email at least 30 days before it takes effect. We may suspend accounts that break these Terms.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma, unless the law requires otherwise.
