OK Capitol Guide (okcapitolguide.com) is published by Fifty Domes LLC, an Oklahoma limited liability company (“Fifty Domes,” “we,” “us”), which publishes independent directories built from public records. Contact: hello@okcapitolguide.com.

Information from public records

OK Capitol Guide republishes information from official public sources, such as okhouse.gov, oksenate.gov, Open States and the U.S. Census Bureau. We show it because it is public record. If you think something is wrong, email us and we will check it against the source.

Information you give us

Free accounts: your email address, the items you follow, your alert history and your email settings.
Capitol Office: the email addresses the owner adds to seats, and the items shared with the office.
Paid plans: your name, email, billing address, and tax ID if you choose to enter one. We also receive the plan, its status and renewal date, and the last four digits and brand of your card or the name of your bank.

Payments: Stripe

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc., which hosts our checkout pages, receipts, invoices and billing portal. Stripe collects and stores your card or bank account details. We never see or store full card or bank account numbers. If you pay by bank account, Stripe may use its Financial Connections service to verify the account, or confirm it with two small test deposits. Stripe also uses your billing address to work out sales tax. Stripe handles this information under its own Privacy Policy and may use it to prevent fraud.

How we use information

To run the site, your account, follows and alerts
To provide paid plans: to bill you, send receipts and renewal reminders, and handle cancellations and refunds
To collect and report sales tax, and to keep the business and tax records the law requires
To answer your messages and keep the site secure (for example, Cloudflare Turnstile spam checks and rate limits)

We do not sell personal information and we do not use advertising cookies. Alert emails include a one-click unsubscribe link.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that run the site for us: Stripe (payments and tax calculation), Cloudflare (hosting, security, AI processing and email delivery), our business email provider, and our accountants and tax authorities where the law requires. We also share it if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep account information while your account is active. We keep billing and tax records for 7 years, as tax law requires. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete your information, email hello@okcapitolguide.com. You can update your payment details or cancel at any time with Manage billing on your account page. To stop alert emails, use the unsubscribe link in any of them or the setting on your account page.
