Refund & Cancellation Policy

OK Capitol Guide (okcapitolguide.com) is published by Fifty Domes LLC, an Oklahoma limited liability company (“Fifty Domes,” “we,” “us”), which publishes independent directories built from public records. Contact: hello@okcapitolguide.com.

Plans and prices

Prices are in U.S. dollars and do not include sales tax. Where sales tax applies, it is calculated from your billing address and shown at checkout before you pay. There are no setup fees and no discount codes.

How billing works

Subscriptions renew automatically. Monthly plans renew every month and annual plans renew every year, on the same date you first paid, until you cancel. Each renewal is charged to the payment method on file at the price in effect at that time.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Checkout, receipts, invoices and the billing portal are hosted by Stripe, Inc. We never see or store your full card or bank account number.
Card or bank account (ACH). You can pay by credit or debit card, or by ACH direct debit from a U.S. bank account. If you choose ACH, you authorize Fifty Domes, through Stripe, to debit that account for the first payment and for each renewal until you cancel. ACH payments usually take up to 4 business days to clear. A plan bought with ACH turns on once the payment succeeds. If the bank returns an ACH payment, the paid features are paused until the payment is made.
Sales tax. We collect sales tax only where we are registered to collect it and where the plan is taxable. Stripe works it out from your billing address. If you are tax-exempt, email us your exemption certificate before you buy, or as soon as you can after.
Annual reminders. We send an email reminder before each annual renewal. Price changes apply only from your next renewal, and we will tell you at least 30 days before.
Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, Stripe will retry it and email you. If it still has not been paid after the retry period, the subscription ends and the paid features stop.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time with Manage billing on your account page (or the link on your Stripe receipt), or by emailing hello@okcapitolguide.com from the address you used to subscribe.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep Capitol Pro or Capitol Office until then, and you are not charged again.
Cancelling never removes your free account, your follows, or any public-record information.

Refunds

Monthly plans: no refunds for partial months. Cancel any time to stop the next charge.
Annual plans: full refund if you ask within 14 days of your first annual payment, or within 14 days of an annual renewal charge. After 14 days, annual plans are not refunded for the unused part of the year, but you can cancel so it does not renew.
Our mistakes: we always refund duplicate charges and billing errors. If a paid feature is unavailable for more than 7 days in a row because of us, we refund the unused part of the period.
Breaches: if we end a plan because it broke our Terms (for example, reselling exports), no refund is due for the period already started.
Refunds include any sales tax charged and go back to the original card or bank account. Card refunds usually arrive in 5 to 10 business days. ACH refunds can take up to 10 business days.
To ask for a refund, email hello@okcapitolguide.com with the email address on the subscription. Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank. We will usually reply within 2 business days.
